Pet Policy

Our pet policy includes a non-refundable fee of $200 and a monthly charge of $20. We have a 50-pound weight limit for pets. In 1x1 units, only one pet is allowed, while in 2x2 and 4x4 units, up to two pets are permitted.

Cadence at Southern is designed and marketed exclusively to students attending SUBR and other local colleges. The per-person resident contracts are designed with students and their families in mind. Cadence at Southern is an Equal Opportunity housing provider and welcomes, among other residents, students with spouses, partners and/or children at no extra cost other than regular charges for each bedroom space occupied in a unit. In order to appropriately match roommates in shared units with other college students, roommate consent is required for any non- student resident.

Saturday: 10am – 4pm
Sunday: 1 – 4pm
